mission statement
To share in the joy of conversation is improvisation at its most raw and vulnerable form. At Monkey Noodle Theatrics, we take that thought and apply it directly to both our performances and educational opportunities. Teaching fellow artists of all ages to create truthful and engaging characters allows us to share the concepts of willing collaboration, active listening, and effective communication which are core attributes to great performers and even better human beings. And on top of all of that, we have a hell of a time laughing and having fun!
PERFORMANCE
Standard improv shows
Our two person improv shows are a more intimate experience tailored toward smaller venues and audiences that are guaranteed to make you laugh! Show run time is approximately forty-five minutes.
Our five person improv shows are for a larger audience such as after prom/graduations and theatres. These shows are complete audience participation and an absolute riot! Show run times are approximately an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.
corporate events
Aside from helping your business grow, Monkey Noodle also wants to help you kick back and have some fun on the job! Our corporate events help to create collaboration among your team, promote listening and communication skills, and you are most certainly going to laugh!
kid's improv
As artists, Monkey Noodle strives to inspire faith in the theatre and more specifically, improv. Not only to our adult patrons but more importantly, to our youth who will comprise our artists, leaders, teachers, scholars, and everyone else in the not too distant future. We believe that children are honest and smart and deserve art that challenges them all while having a blast!
Our kid's improvisation is hands on, creative, and fun. We work extremely hard to make sure that children's ideas are heard and seen and acted upon. Whether that's by touring the zoo on planet Flangil, telling ghost stories around a campfire, or just playing games that make us laugh, our kid's improv is sure to be a hit with any youngster.
fundraising
We want to help you raise money! From hosting your fundraising bash to one of our custom adult spelling bees, and everything in between, you are sure to raise the money needed for your cause!
